URGENT - I booked Park Hopper tickets on the phone and was not informed that I needed to reserve a park. Now all the parks are full for the dates. All our hotels are prepaid and we cannot change the dates. Can we still enter the parks, at least from 2 PM ?

Hiya, Deborah. I am so very sorry your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation has hit this obstacle. I hope we can help to figure out some options for you.

The way the Park Hopper option works is that you have to have a theme park reservation for your first park of the day, and then at 2 PM, you can hop over to one of the other theme parks. The advantage to this is that you can book any park at all for the morning, so even if it isn't your first choice theme park, you may still be able to get to that park after 2 PM. If there is any availability at all for the days you want to go on the theme park reservation availability calendar, book those dates for any park you can, run over there in the morning, then use your park hopper.

Another option is to reach out to Guest Services. The hours are 7 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time, and although the phone lines are super busy, you might find calling early or late will help with the wait time. You can also use the chat feature to try and reach someone that way.

Deborah, the last suggestion I can make is to keep trying - refresh that calendar as often as you can throughout the day. You may luck into a reservation up to the very day you need one. I also have found that the closer I get to my travel dates, the better luck I have.

My fingers are crossed, I'm thinking good thoughts, and I'm sending you some virtual pixie dust for a good outcome.
