Welcome to planDisney, Scott, where we follow Dumbo's lead; we don't just fly, we soar! I'd love to help you determine if your stroller will be acceptable on your next
Walt Disney World Resort visit, so let's grab a magic feather and take off.
According to the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, strollers can be no larger than 31 by 52 inches. It sounds like the specific model of your stroller does fall within these parameters, so your "Baby Mine" should be good to go cruising around the theme parks in the basic stroller.
I did a little research on the accessory board you mentioned, and it does appear to add a few inches to the overall footprint of the stroller. I suggest attaching the board at home and measuring it to see if it falls within the size guidelines. If it doesn't, I recommend leaving the board at home for this trip, but if you're still within the limits, feel free to bring it along.
Since you mentioned a ride-along board, I bet you have a kiddo who gets tired during a full day at the theme parks. My son always started like a lion, but by mid-afternoon, he'd be a sleepy lamb. My tip is to take plenty of mini breaks during the day. If you spot a shady bench at
Magic Kingdom Park, park the stroller and have a snack. When the little ones get hot and tired at
EPCOT, head to
Sunshine Seasons for air conditioning and a cool drink. I tend to urge my family go-go-go at Disney, but I've realized that we make our most magical memories when we slow down and spend time together.
Scott, I hope I've helped you determine your stroller options for your next visit. Like Timothy Q. Mouse says, "You oughta be proud!" Please
stop by planDisney anytime because we love seeing guests, and elephants, fly.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
