I just upgraded to annual passes at the window today, stapled to my payment agreement and receipt was a paper that said there is a currently a billing discrepancy related to your pass and to call a number to prevent future interruptions. What is this?

Hello, Alexis, and thanks for being a member of the Annual Passholder family! You'll be using that pass soon at Walt Disney World Resort, so let's see if we can deduce what your billing discrepancy might be.

I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who said the note might refer to your payment method. For example, if you make monthly payments, the credit card on file might need to be updated or verified. She suggested you call Passholder Payment Services because they can check your account status and advise you best.

You can also stop by any Guest Relations location at the theme parks, but my favorite spot to resolve ticketing issues is the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. I love to shop and snack my way around The Springs while I'm there. After the Ticket Center, my first stop is to pop over to Gideon's Bakehouse for a Peanut Butter Crunch cookie. Did you know the cookies there weigh nearly half a pound? That's a lot of delectable magic!

Alexis, I'm sending pixie dust and Florida sunshine so your upcoming visit will be practically perfect. Enjoy that newly upgraded pass, and I hope to see ya real soon. Stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
