I'd love to help you navigate how to upgrade your already purchased
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets! It's definitely a great idea to upgrade ahead of your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth because then you know you have even more pixie dust to look forward to once you arrive!
Depending on what type of
Theme Park Ticket you have already purchased you may be able to upgrade it all by yourself through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you're looking to add on the
Park Hopper Option or even add extra days to your trip you can try here first. Simply click the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen and then choose "Tickets & Passes". Here, you'll see options to purchase new Theme Park Tickets, link already purchased Tickets, or click on Tickets that are already linked to your
My Disney Experience account. If you don't see an option to change your ticket once you choose which Ticket to upgrade you may need to speak with a friendly Cast Member about making the upgrade. Calling the Existing Tickets line at (407)934-7639 should help!
You can also upgrade your Tickets once you arrive at the Resort either at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, at any
Guest Relations location, or at the Lobby Concierge at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Just a quick reminder that any
Theme Park Ticket upgrades must be made within 14 days of the Ticket's first use and must still have valid admissions remaining on the Ticket.
