Upgrade ticket to annual pass options. Live agent request please

Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer! As a fellow Floridian, I'd love to chat with you today about the Disney Annual Passholder Program. Let's slather on some sunscreen and talk about upgrading your theme park ticket so you can join the passholder family.

Since I'm not sure what type of theme park admission you currently have, my first tip is to call the Annual Passholders line for assistance. Those Cast Members have access to your My Disney Experience account and can advise you on the best way to upgrade to a pass. You can also use the Chat With Us feature in your mobile app for basic information, but I think speaking with someone will be the easiest.

Another option is to upgrade online in the "My Tickets & Passes" section under the My Plans tab. If your ticket is upgradeable, you'll tap "Change Ticket" and follow the prompts. And if you're onsite, feel free to stop by any ticket counter for more information. I'm waving my magic wand so that you can become a passholder soon!

I'm not sure how close you live to Mickey, but my pass has become an essential part of Florida life for my husband and me. We enjoy the free theme park parking, discounts and benefits, and the passholder magnets are "chef's kiss." Keep an eye on the Passholder Buzz in your app for current passholder-exclusive offerings, such as the Key Lime Kermit Milk Shake. I can't wait to try it this week before it's gone forever!

Jennifer, polish those sunglasses and enjoy your upcoming visit. I hope you find an annual pass that's practically perfect. Stop by planDisney anytime for more annual pass tips; I've got a million of them!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
