Can you upgrade a regular pass to a Hopper at WDW during your visit? We have 5 day regular 1 park passes and might like to upgrade to Hopper for our last 2 or 3 days. Is this possible? What are the fees?

    Hi Charles,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm excited to hear that you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort visit for later this year! With five days to explore the theme parks, you're going to soak up SO MUCH magic and fun!

Yes! As long as you have at least one day remaining on your ticket, you may upgrade your tickets to the Park Hopper Option. You'll simply need to pay the difference between the tickets you have and the new tickets you'd like. Because the Park Hopper Option can't be added to select days on a multi-day ticket, the cost will be the same whether you add it with all five days remaining or only one. I'd encourage you to add it to your tickets earlier in your trip rather than later. You never know when you'd like to take an evening stroll through the World Showcase at EPCOT to enjoy some delicious bites or beverages or enjoy one more nighttime spectacular at Magic Kingdom Park. The Park Hopper Option will give you so much flexibility to enjoy your favorite traditions and discover new favorites!

Thanks so much for bringing us your great question, Charles, and please don't hesitate to visit planDisney any time you have a Disney-planning question or would like some advice about any aspect of your trip. However you choose to spend your Disney days, I hope they're all truly magical!
