It sounds like you're wanting to upgrade to Park Hopper tickets, which is an awesome way to experience everything that both theme parks have to offer. While it's not currently possible to upgrade your tickets online, you'll be able to stop by a ticket booth once you arrive, and a Cast Member will be happy to take care of that for you. You'll simply need to pay the difference between the ticket you have now and the one to which you'd like to upgrade.
Park hopping privileges currently begin each day at 1:00 PM, and from that point on, you'll be able to hop back and forth between
Disney California Adventure Park and
Disneyland Park as much as you'd like, pending any capacity limitations. You'll only need a
theme park reservation for the first park you're planning to visit, so you should be all set with that!
