    I would like to upgrade my imagine key to inspire key. It was sold out on Jan. 10th. Keys go on sale March 5th but I can't be at the ticket booth due to work. Is there another way to upgrade without going to the ticket booth?

    I'm so glad to hear that you are interested in upgrading your current Magic Key pass to enjoy even more magic during the year. The Magic Key Buying Guide says that passes can be upgraded at a Disneyland Resort ticket booth in person. I also called a friendly Cast Member who confirmed that this is the only way to complete this transaction. I'm so sorry that I don't have better news to share with you. 

    I do hope that things work out and that you're able to visit the ticket booth to complete your upgrade while Magic Key passes are still available for purchase, Faith. I'll be sending all the pixie dust your way in the hopes that everything works out. I also hope that you've been enjoying your year of magic thus far.
