    How can I upgrade my annual pass in the app?

    Dear Melissa,

    Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your Annual Passholder upgrade!

    At this time, you cannot upgrade your Annual Pass in the My Disney Experience app, though you can renew your existing Annual Pass in the app. I recommend if you are not able to visit Disney Springs or one of the theme parks soon, that you call 1(407)W-DISNEY and speak with a friendly Cast Member there. They will be more than happy to assist you with your options and costs.
