    Can I upgrade my annual them park select pass to a silver pass?

    Hi, Nancy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I’m so excited to hEAR that you’re thinking of upgrading your Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass! As a Florida resident, you qualify for six special Annual Pass options, and you are definitely able to upgrade from one tier to the next. 

    If you’re taking advantage of the monthly payment plan for Florida residents, you’ll need to process that upgrade online via your My Disney Experience account or in person at a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. If you are not currently enrolled in the monthly payment plan, you may also be able to upgrade over the phone by calling (407) 560-PASS.

    With each Annual Pass level, you’ll continue to enjoy discounts on shopping, dining and select recreational activities, too. You’ll also receive complimentary standard Theme Park parking!
