    Do you have any updates on the Star Wars Light Side Half Marathon, scheduled for January 2018? The website says registration is postponed -- is the race still happening?

    Hi Megan!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I know that it feels like Star Wars Half Marathon Weekend- The Light Side is just around the corner and runners are eager for more information!

    The latest information I have from the team at runDisney is that registration will continue to be postponed until they can finalize all operational details. Please continue to check back on runDisney's website for more information to be posted soon! I understand it can be difficult to plan a runcation with short notice though, so you may want to consider registering for Star Wars Half Marathon- The Dark Side at Walt Disney World Resort. Registration is open and most races are still available at this time!
