Hello, Jacquelyn, and welcome to planDisney!
I'm sure you're looking forward to your visit to Walt Disney World Resort this May. There's a lot
abloom at Walt Disney World, including the
Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Be sure to explore the beautiful gardens, breathtaking topiaries, live entertainment, and delicious Outdoor Kitchens if you visit Epcot.
To update your profile with your trip details, sign in to your
My Disney Experience account on disneyworld.com or on the
My Disney Experience app. Your
Disney Resorts Collection reservation will be found on the
My Plans page. If you do not see your hotel reservation listed, click on "Link a Reservation" under Resort Hotel and add your confirmation number.
The
My Plans page also organizes your Disney vacation details into daily itineraries, which allows Guests to easily update and add theme park or dining reservations. If you purchased
theme park tickets online you can add them to My Plans. Please keep in mind that some tickets may not auto
magically appear in My Disney Experience. To verify, visit the
Link Reservations and Tickets page on disneyworld.com.
Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a
theme park reservation to enter any of the theme parks. Making park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system is a fairly simple process. If you need help, there is a
"Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com with instructions on how to make a park reservation.
Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort this spring.
Have a magical day!
Bob
