The
Extreme Getaway Package at
Disney Castaway Cay is one of my favorite
port adventures. Your family will love all that it offers, especially meeting the stingrays. Now, the area immediately surrounding the stingray lagoon is roped off, and in my experience, only Guests registered for the encounter are permitted to enter this area. Depending on your camera, you could stand beyond the ropes and perhaps capture some photos, especially if your family stands at one of the feeding tables located at the end closest to the area near Boat Beach. Of course, you should ask a Crew Member about photo locations as they may have a better recommendation for you.
Nancy, I hope that you will be able to experience some of the big blue world, too. I love the
Float & Tube rental option. There's nothing more relaxing than floating on the clear waters of Castaway Cay!
