Hi Stephanie and welcome to
planDisney!
I really hope you are able to make it to the
Walt Disney World Resort for your vacation. But if you don’t, you won’t have to worry about any unused
tickets you might have. You would have to read the fine print on those tickets you purchased for this upcoming visit, for details about their expiration.
Let’s say you are unable to come, those unused tickets would absolutely count toward the purchase of new tickets. If the price is higher, you would pay the difference. If it’s not, and you see that your tickets do expire, or they disappear from your My Disney Experience account, please don’t fret! They are not lost! It’s a bit of a process, but, should you need the information, I will detail it below.
Send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your
My Disney Experience account and just like magic, you can go ahead and assign those tickets to guests in your party.
Stephanie, I hope this information is helpful. Thanks for stopping by with your question. If you need any more help, you know where to find us!
