Welcome back to planDisney, Elizabeth! It’s great that you’re already thinking ahead about how to get your Disneyland treasures home safely. Nothing dims the sparkle of a magical day faster than wondering how you’re going to fit that “must-have” souvenir into your suitcase.
The good news is that many Disney-owned retail locations throughout
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park do offer domestic merchandise shipping. Shops such as the
Emporium on
Main Street, U.S.A. and
Elias & Co. on
Buena Vista Street are typically able to assist with this service. If you’d like the most current details on participating locations or shipping policies, you can always contact
Disneyland Merchandise Guest Services prior to your visit.
If you decide to ship an item, simply let the Cast Member know at checkout that you’d like it sent home. They’ll walk you through the process, which includes completing a shipping form and confirming the destination address. Shipping fees will apply and are usually based on the total value of the items being sent.
Planning to purchase items from multiple stores throughout the day? Be sure to keep all of your receipts. If you’d like to ship everything together in one package, a Cast Member at a participating location can assist you, provided you have the receipts for each item. This can be especially helpful for larger or uniquely shaped souvenirs (yes, even popcorn buckets), which can be safely packaged and sent on their way rather than carried around the parks.
If you’re staying at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, you also have the option of using the hotel’s
mail services. You may bring a pre-packed and pre-labeled box to the Bell Desk for shipment. Some Guests even plan ahead by packing a collapsible box or mailing supplies in their luggage, just in case that perfect souvenir comes home with them.
