We have upcoming reservations to Disneyland and keep checking the park schedule but Fridays are showing no nighttime entertainment, not even Mickey Mix Magic with projections. Are there no nighttime shows at all on Fridays in the beginning of February?

Hey there, Amanda. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by to ask us this question. Woohoo! Your visit to the Disneyland Resort will be here before you know it and I'm delighted to help as you plan.

I can't think of a better way to cap off your magical day than with fireworks over Sleeping Beauty Castle. I checked the Entertainment Schedule and see that Mickey's Mix Magic with Fireworks is planned for the evening of your visit. Sometimes the entertainment schedule isn't completely filled out far in advance and this was most likely the case when you happened to check it. You can also check for showtimes in the Disneyland app and remember that all shows are subject to change or cancellation.

While we're on the topic of entertainment, if you didn't get a chance to see the "Magic Happens" Parade last year, I highly recommend checking it out. This fantastic parade makes its return on February 2nd and I can't wait. The floats, performers and music are electric and I promise you'll have the parade songs in your head on repeat for the rest of the day.

Amanda, I hope this information is helpful. It won't be long until you will leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy. Here's wishing you a most magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
