Hi! I have an upcoming reservation at Kona for dinner at the Polynesian Resort for 9:30pm. I was wondering if I would be be able to watch the fireworks from magic kingdom prior to my reservation on the beach ?

    Hi there, Sierra!

    Welcome to planDisney!

As my very favorite fireworks spectacular, Happily Ever After, made its return recently to Magic Kingdom Park, I am elated you asked this question! With the dazzling fireworks display accompanied by our favorite Disney songs, you're sure to love your viewing!

Sierra, I checked the Hours & Events Calendar for your arrival date, and it looks like the show is scheduled for 9:00 PM. Of course, this is subject to change, so keep an eye on the show time, but if all goes according to plan, you can watch the show from the white sandy beach of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and still make your dinner reservation at Kona Cafe! This view is magical because it feels much more relaxed; it doesn’t get better than a warm Florida night and digging your toes in the sand as you enjoy the show. One of my favorite things about it is that they pipe in the music from the show, so you can sing and sway along!

I'm so excited you'll dine at Kona Cafe after the show! The food is scrumptious; I love the Glazed Chicken Wings and dream about the Pineapple-Coconut Bread Pudding!

“And so, our journey comes to an end. But yours continues on. Grab hold of your dreams and make them come true.”

Wishing you an enchanting visit, Sierra!
