I have unused tickets one day passes to Epcot. I would like to reassign them to someone who can use them. Do I have to pick a date first in the future in order to reassign them? The people I bought them for are no longer going to use them.

Hey there, Rosemary, and welcome to planDisney!

Whether a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is in your near future (or not), there is always time to start planning, and that can begin with the theme park tickets. I am sorry that your original guests won’t be able to use theme park tickets.

As long as the theme park tickets have not been used, you can reassign them; however, before you reassign them, be sure to add the new guests to your Family & Friends List. Once you add them, you can reassign the ticket to the new users using your My Disney Experience mobile app. Selecting the three lines at the bottom right of the screen, you will choose “Tickets and Passes,” locate the tickets in question, and “Reassign Ticket” to another user.

We are happy to answer any additional questions you may have now or in the future; let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical day!
