    I have unused tickets from May 2020. Due to Covid we had to cancel. We were told our tickets would be good indefinitely. However I got notice that our tickets expire Sept 2021? I know we are finally able to go this Oct. 2021. Do I have to pay again?

    Welcome to planDisney. We are a panel of Disney-loving Guests assisting Guests with any and all Walt Disney World vacation inquiries. Why? Well, between all of us we have visited the Walt Disney World Theme Parks more times than you can possibly imagine and have a wealth of information to share. 

    I am happy to assist you with your Walt Disney World ticket question. Guests who have been notified about their tickets affected by the closure are able to automatically extend and use them at any date through September 26, 2021. However, if you are unable to visit by then the value of the unused tickets can be used towards the purchase of tickets for a future visit. When ready to plan Guests should contact (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member for further assistance. 

    October is the beginning of The World’s Most Magical Celebration and as preparation begins with iridescent and shimmering fixtures slowly appEARing, the 50th celebration of the Walt Disney World Resort is going to be a magical and memorable one to remember. Each Walt Disney World Theme Park will adorn a gala of gleaming magic for everyone to experience.
