Welcome to planDisney, Loyd! I'm excited you're planning a trip during
The Most Magical Time of the Year!
The answer to your question depends on a couple of factors. The first thing you'll want to do is find your Disneyland tickets expiration dates either in your
Disneyland Mobile app or in your confirmation email. If your tickets are still valid, you may be able to
make new theme park reservations through the Disneyland website without having to complete any other steps. If your tickets are expired, you can apply their value toward buying new tickets; you'll just be required to pay the difference if the price has increased since the original transaction. Give Disneyland Ticketing a call at (714) 781-4636, open daily, 7 am-9 pm PST.
However, if they are
1-day tickets, you'll want to check if a specific tier is marked on them. Some tiers, especially the lower ones, have blockout dates around the holiday season. If your 1-day tickets are blocked out, you'll need to upgrade them to a higher tier by calling Disneyland Ticketing. Ticket upgrades may be available as long as the ticket is wholly (100%) unused and the admission you're looking to purchase is of equal or greater value. I recommend doing this as soon as possible so that you can make your park reservations. You can check the
Availability Calendar on the Disneyland website.
I hope this makes sense, Loyd! We'd love to help you again in the future. If you have any other questions, remember that the planDisney Panel is all ears!
