Welcome to planDisney, Angela! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. Since you're already at Walt Disney World Resort, I'm going to jump right in with my recommendation of what you should do with your ticket.
Angela, since you have a
date-based ticket that has already had at least one day used, I recommend that you visit a
Guest Relations location as soon as you can. Date-based tickets that have already been used at least once are non-transferrable and will expire by their expiration date, so it's important that you talk to a Cast Member as soon as possible before the ticket expires. I can't say for sure that they will be able to refund or credit your remaining days, but they will have the most up-to-date information about what you may be able to do.
If, by chance, you have a ticket that has not been used, you can reassign it to another Guest using the
My Disney Experience app. Tap on the main menu in the bottom right corner of the screen and select "Tickets and Passes." If the ticket can be reassigned, it will say so underneath and you can tap on that option and follow the instructions on-screen. You can also use the My Disney Experience app to change the date window of your unused ticket if you know when you'll be visiting again!
Angela, I hope this answers your question and that you're able to get the further answers you're looking for when you chat with a Guest Relations Cast Member about your unused ticket.
Have a magical day!
Jessica
