Can a unused ticket be reassigned?

    Hello Connie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  It is my pleasure to be able to help you out today.

In many cases, but not all Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park tickets can be reassigned if they are unused.  Tickets can be reassigned by the owner to a member on their Friends and Family list on My Disney Experience.  If you use the website please go to "My Plans", or if you are using the My Disney Experience  Mobile App it will be found under "Tickets and Passes".  Just look for the reassign ticket button.  The exception would be tickets that were purchased as part of a vacation package,  which are already assigned to Guests that are on the reservation and cannot be reassigned to a new person.    As I don't know what type of tickets you have I can not 100 percent tell you if your tickets can be reassigned.  Your best option may be to give the Cast Members in the existing tickets department a call.  They can be reached by calling (407) 566-4985, or if your tickets are part of a vacation package you can call Disney Reservations at  (407) 939-1936.

I hope this has helped.  Please let us know how else we can be of assistance.  It's always fun to lend a helping hand to a fellow Guest.
