I have an unused park ticket . I don’t see it in my Disney experience. It was bought in 2022 and I can’t find the purchase confirmation in my email . Is there any way to recover the purchased ticket . It was originally bought for my son max

Hi there Carla, and welcome to planDisney!

From the looks of it, you've arriving at Walt Disney World Resort today and I wanted to make sure that we were able to provide you with some helpful planDisney advice just in case you haven't solved this by the time you get here! Here at planDisney we unfortunately don't have the ability to access any personal details or look into your theme park tickets to confirm validity in the way that a Guest Relations or Ticketing Cast Member would, so if you're already here on site that's always the best first place to go - but here's a few additional insights to help you and your son:

    • Theme park tickets that expire beyond their validity date may not show in in your My Disney Experience app, especially if you didn't take the opportunity to change the date on the ticket. On the bright side, the value of unused and expired tickets may be put towards a currently-priced ticket but you'll need to contact a Ticketing Cast Member directly for them to look into this for so and advise you on your next steps.
    • The most important thing that'll help is the ticket number of the one that hadn't been used yet, along with any additional information that might be useful to the Cast Member assisting you. In my personal experience this experience can vary depending on where you originally made the purchase and how difficult it may be to validate, but it might be a good idea to head to the Ticket Center at Disney Springs if you're not heading directly to the theme parks just to save a bit of time on the days you want to devote to enjoying rides and attractions as much as possible.
I hope that this helps a bit Carla - please do come back to planDisney for any tips or tricks about any other Disney Experiences beyond what Guest Relations is equipped to handle for you. In the meantime, I hope you have a wonderful time here at Walt Disney World Resort this week!

Have the best April adventures with Max!
