I have 2 unused park hopper tickets. Is there a way to change the tickets to single park tickets? (not to get a refund - but to use unused money towards a future date or 2nd day?)

    Heigh-Ho Nicola,

I am happy to help with your curiouser and curiouser Walt Disney World ticket inquiry. Guests, with unused Walt Disney World tickets, can use the value of their tickets towards future tickets. After checking the Theme Park Availability calendar for the dates you are interested in returning, I suggest calling (407) 934-7639. A Cast Member can then assist in determining the value of your older tickets and putting it towards the total of your new tickets. Have as much of the following information ready when you call:

    >The My Disney Experience profile your tickets are linked to.

    >Ticket Confirmation Order Number or each Ticket's ID Number (both are 12-digit numbers)

    >Purchaser's Name and Email

    >Date and Form of Payment, at the time of purchase

     >Dates you are interested in returning.

Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and it is best to call as early in the day as possible because Cast Members are experiencing a rather high call volume. Once your new tickets are purchased, immediately make your Disney Park Pass reservations. Availability, for the Walt Disney World parks you are interested in, is not guaranteed until you have finished reserving your Disney Park Pass reservations. If we can assist any further feel free to reach out and we look forward to Welcoming You Home Real Soon.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
