Hi there, Jasmine!
Welcome to planDisney! We're happy that you came to us for help. I'm really excited for you to be visiting the Disneyland Resort so very soon. I hope you're ready to have some fun and come hungry, because the
Food & Wine Festival at Disney California Adventure will be going on!
Disneyland Resort
Theme Park tickets generally have a very long shelf life, so if they were purchased recently and unused, they should still be valid. While I don't have access to your account information, I can talk you through some troubleshooting steps. It's a good sign that you were able to make park reservations. You're only able to do so if you have a valid ticket under your
Disneyland account. You can double check your reservations on the
Tickets and Reservations page. In the
Disneyland Mobile App, select the ☰ Features menu and click "Tickets and Passes" to find your ticket. There should be a bar code on the ticket which is what the Cast Member scans on entry. When it says "0 Days Remaining," that just means that you've used the allotted number of reservations for that ticket. If you want to confirm your ticket, you can call
Disneyland Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be able to look up your account for you.
I hope that was helpful for you, Jasmine. Before your visit, be sure to study the
Foodie Guide for the Food & Wine Festival to see if there's anything tempting for you! If you're feeling particularly hungry and want to try a variety of foods, the Sip & Savor Pass is a great way to try multiple dishes. The big winners for me were the Carbonara Garlic Mac & Cheese featuring Nueske’s Peppered Bacon from Garlic Kissed and the Pineapple-coconut Churro from the Buena Vista Street Churro Cart!
Please feel free to come by again if you have any more questions, Jasmine! We're certainly happy to help in any way possible!
Have a Magical Day!
