Hi Shelley!
Welcome to planDisney! I am very sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis. I completely understand how life can change in a moment, and how that can affect any plans on the table. For my family, a trip to the Disney parks provides us with moments of 'suspended reality,' where we can take some time to breathe and be immersed in the magic that Disneyland provides.
Shelley, I am sorry you will have to postpone your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Tickets to the Disneyland theme parks are nonrefundable and nonreimbursable. However, if they are wholly unused, you can hold onto them and apply them to a future trip. You can speak with a
Cast Member at Guest Services who will be able to assist you in utilizing your tickets for a later date. If calling from outside of the United States, international charges do apply. They will be able to walk you through the process to ensure that your tickets are linked and credited for a future stay.
I truly hope this helps you plan your trip to the
Disneyland Resort and best wishes for a speedy recovery for your partner!
Malanie
