    How to unlink tickets to my account or the assigned person?

    Thank you for taking the time to send your very first question our way. It is a pleasure to assist you as you plan a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    I am happy to share that you can reassign unused theme park tickets to another Guest on your Family & Friends list. Sign in to your Disney account online, visit Tickets, Passes and Memory Maker, find the ticket you wish to transfer, select "Reassign Ticket," and choose a Guest from the drop-down menu. Before reassigning a ticket, be sure the Guest is on your Family & Friends list. If they are not, you can easily add them by visiting My Family & Friends and selecting "Add a Guest."

    You can also reassign tickets via the My Disney Experience mobile app. Open the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the page, select 'Tickets and Passes,' and find the ticket you wish to reassign. If you have any issues reassigning tickets between accounts, you are welcome to contact the Walt Disney World Resort for assistance.
