Jennifer, I actually reassigned some tickets that I had to my great friend and fellow
planDisney panelist Amy M. earlier today! It was a quick and easy process. One thing to note before we go through the steps is that in order to reassign a Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket, the ticket must be unused.
To
reassign your unused Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets I suggest using the
MyDisneyExperience mobile app. It's so user-friendly. Once the app is downloaded on your smartphone device go ahead and open it up and log in. Then, you'll want to open the menu bar by selecting the three horizontal blue lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You'll see the option for "Tickets and Passes" and then you'll want to press that. This will bring up all of your tickets and passes that you and anyone else you are connected to on your Friends and Family list have. You'll want to swipe through the options until you see the exact ticket you'd like to reassign. Then, if it is possible, underneath that ticket you'll see an icon and the option to "Reassign Ticket". Once that is selected you'll see your Friends & Family list and you can pick which person to reassign the ticket to. If all goes well, you should see a confirmation of the change and then be good to go.
