Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like maybe you've had some changes to your plans, and I'd be happy to help you figure out how to reassign a theme park ticket.
While
theme park tickets are not refundable, you do have some options if you won't be able to use your
ticket as originally planned. If you'd like to save the ticket for yourself for future use, you will be able to
apply the value of the ticket, even if it has expired, to a future ticket. Or, if you'd like to
reassign the ticket to another Guest to use, you'll be able to do that as long as the ticket has never been used. If you'd like to use the My Disney Experience app to do so, you'll simply click on "My Tickets," then find the ticket you'd like to reassign. Once you click on that, you'll see a blue icon underneath it that says, "Reassign Ticket." You'll be able to choose anyone from your
Family & Friends list or add another Guest, then transfer the ticket to them.
