How do you unlink a ticket from an account to be transfered to another account?

    Hi Sebastian,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad that you stopped by for help with reassigning your theme park tickets. Sometimes our Disney plans do need to change a bit, so I'm happy to let you know that it is possible to move a theme park ticket to another Mouseketeer.

The first thing you'll need to verify is that the ticket you're wanting to transfer has not been used at all. If it's unused, you'll be able to share the Disney love with a member of your Family & Friends list within your My Disney Experience account, but if you've already used your ticket even once, it will no longer be able to be transferred. Once you're sure that the ticket is unused, you'll simply need to find it within your My Disney Experience account (by clicking on "Tickets & Memory Maker" under "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets") and select "Reassign Ticket" over on the right-hand side of the page. From there, you'll want to find the correct Guest and confirm that you'd like to transfer your theme park ticket to them. I'm sending some pixie dust that it will be an easy peasy switch for you, but if you happen to have any troubles, don't hesitate to contact a Cast Member for assistance.

Please know that we're here any time you have a Disney-planning question, Sebastian, so feel free to come back and see us again. I hope that you're able to get your theme park tickets straightened out perfectly, and that all of your Disney dreams can come true sometime soon!
