Hi Jane, welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like maybe you managed a profile for your son, and now he has his own My Disney account. If this is the case, you should
merge the profile you managed with your son’s new account, which would move all linked tickets, purchases, PhotoPass photos, MagicBand+, and plans into one account.
You might see a notification on your Family & Friends List that there are profiles that appear to be duplicates. You should be able to view the two profiles and choose which profile will become the “main” account. You would each need to approve this merge before the process is completed.
If your son already has an account and you would like to reassign an Annual Pass to him,
you can reassign an unused ticket to anyone on your Family & Friends List. To reassign the ticket, visit “My Tickets & Passes” in your My Disney Experience account, click “Reassign Ticket” and select your son from your Family & Friends List.
