how do i unlink my shades of green hotel reservation from mde so i can link it to another acct?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stacey! It is great to see a fellow Louisianan on here and one with military affiliations as well. I’m an Air Force wife myself, so I’m extremely grateful for the wonderful deals and promotions Walt Disney World offers U.S. Military Members and their families; such as specially priced theme park tickets and great rates at select Disney Resort hotels. I see that you have an upcoming stay at Shades of Green on Walt Disney World Resort this December; the most wonderful time of the year to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth!

The simplest way to link your Shades of Green on Walt Disney World Resort to another My Disney Experience account is to connect the other person to your Friends & Family List on My Disney Experience so that you both will have the reservation linked to your accounts. You will start this process by logging into your My Disney Experience account. Scroll down until you see the four circle options titled Friends & Family, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets and Dining. Hover your cursor over the Friend & Family option where you will then see the two options: View List and Add Guest. If the person you want linked to the reservation is already on your Friends & Family List, you will simply select the View List option and then select the person you want linked to the reservation. If the person is not already on you Friends & Family List, you will select the Add Guest option. From this option, you have three ways to connect: find through your connected guests, import from a Walt Disney World Reservation, and entering the Guests name and age. The person you requested to link to the reservation will then need to accept your request to connect, which will then allow them access and the ability to modify the linked reservation and vacation plans. If you find that you still require assistance, please reach out to the My Disney Experience Help Center at (407) 939-4357.

It has been my pleasure to help you with your vacation question. I hope that the information helps you to get your reservation linked to the correct My Disney Experience account and that you have an incredible stay at Shades of Green on Walt Disney World Resort this December. Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions!
