Ahoy, Vali! Thank you for sailing on in with your question.
I just spoke with a super awesome cast member from
Disney Cruise Line about the issue you are currently having unlinking reservations. It seems that there are several variables at play here, and your best bet is probably going to reach out and
call Disney Cruise Line to have them sort you out.
The cast member I spoke with said it may just be an issue of deleting your in-laws from your
friends and family list, however, with active plans, you are unlikely to be able to do that. And if you are going to share plans anyway, this may not be your best solution.
If you just need to add your reservation because it doesn't appear, you can do that by logging into your account, clicking the "Already Booked" tab at the top, and going to the link that says "
My Reservations." At this stage, you'll probably see the reservation you already linked, but if you click the drop-down box where it lists a reservation number, you'll see an option to add a reservation. You can put your reservation number in there.
In case adding your reservation number or deleting your in-laws doesn't fix the issue, I recommend calling first thing in the morning to avoid a lengthy period on hold. I had no problem getting someone to help me at 9 AM, just as they opened. Weekday hours are 8 AM to 10 PM, and weekends are 9 AM to 8 PM. You can call (800) 951-3532 for further assistance.
I hope we soon have you in shipshape and ready to sail, Vali!
