Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming to us with your question. My family and I recently had this issue as well so I can go over the steps we took in order to unlink a ticket.
The easiest method would be for the other person to open the
Disneyland Mobile App on their phone and press the ☰ Features Menu to get to the "Tickets and Passes" screen. From there, locate the ticket that you would like to unlink and press "Delete Ticket." This will unlink the ticket from their account but the ticket itself will remain valid.
If that is not an option, then I would recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member at the
Tickets phone line to explain the issue to them. They should be able to unlink the ticket remotely. In our family's situation, that was what we had to do to unlink the unwanted ticket from our account.
If the ticket has already been activated by you, keep in mind that Cast Members always verify your identity via photo, so no one else should be able to use your pass. I hope you are able to visit the Disneyland Resort this year and enjoy some of the
