Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than expected and did not have time to go back and purchase some of the pictures taken on the rides. We just got home a day ago -- is there a way to contact the attractions to purchase downloads over the phone?

    Hello Jen,

Thank you for reaching out to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I hope you are having a magical day!

I’m so sorry to hEAR you had to end your trip at The Happiest Place on Earth sooner than you planned. I hope all is well. This is a tricky question regarding Disney PhotoPass photos from participating attractions. In the past, we have always had to head to the Disney PhotoPass desk right outside that attraction and let the Cast Member know we would like our photo added to our Disney PhotoPass+ account. If we forgot the number, the Cast Member would quickly scan the pictures by looking at our outfits and the time we rode to find our special moment caught by the cameras- they were always so quick finding them using this method!

I suggest heading to DisneyPhotoPass.com and linking your Disney PhotoPass photos, it is here that you may see your attraction photos on your account. Guests need to link this within 30 days that the photo was captured or the photo will expire.

I’m sending you lots of pixie dust that your attraction photos will be linked in your account so you can purchase your unforgettable moments while at the Disneyland Resort!

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please visit us here and let us know how we can help you plan your magical vacation.

    chEARs!
