    It is my understanding that All Star Sports resort is not longer charging for the re-fillable mugs? Is that for everybody of just those that are doing the dinning plan?

    Hi Kelli! The 2013 Disney Dining Plan includes one resort refillable mug per person, so guests on the Dining Plan receive a mug at their resort at no charge. There is still, however, a charge for the Refillable Mugs for guests who have not purchased the Dining Plan.
