Ahoy there, Amanda! Thanks for cruising on in with your question. I want to dive right into the answer because this is truly important information.
As of this very minute,
Disney Cruise Line requires
all guests aged 12 and over to be fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated for guests 5 and over means you've had both doses of the approved 2-dose vaccines or one dose of the approved 1-dose vaccine at least 14 days prior to sailing.
Beginning with sailings on September 23rd, 2022 on most of the
Disney Ships, fully vaccinated guests will no longer require proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to embarkation. This goes into effect on November 7th, 2022 for the
Disney Magic.
I used the term "as of this very minute" because, seriously, our world is changing so quickly with regard to recommendations in this area. By the time your November cruise comes around, things could be completely different. It's super important to stay on top of the
experience update information provided by Disney Cruise Line.
I'm sailing in just a few weeks, and it was a huge logistical relief to not have to worry about testing. I hope this information alleviates some of the stress of planning for your family!
