My understanding is that the refillable mugs can only be refilled at our resort and not in any of the parks. If we fill the mug at our resort can the mug be taken into the parks? This panel is so helpful. Thanks go out to all of you.

You are correct that refillable mugs cannot be refilled in the parks. You may take beverages in any non-glass container into the parks. I personally would be very nervous about doing what you suggest, mostly because I'm a klutz and spill things a lot. The lids on those mugs are not the most secure. But if you wanted to, yes, you could bring your full mug into the parks.
