Ahoy, Lauren!
I just love being a member of Disney Cruise Line's Castaway Club and taking advantage of the benefits offered for being a repeat sailor! And I always get excited when new itineraries and sail dates are announced because it means another magical adventure is on the horizon for my crew!
Just a few months ago, Disney Cruise Line updated their early booking policy to include Silver members (Yay!) so you will be able to reserve your future cruise one day prior to the general public. As you move up the ranks, this will become earlier since Platinum members (after your 10th sailing) can book three days in advance and Gold (after your 5th sailing) can book two days early. The best place to stay up-to-date on all the latest news on Disney Cruise Line is through the
Disney Parks Blog. You can sign-up for it to be delivered straight to your inbox or visit each day to check in! Also, do you follow Disney Cruise Line on Social Media? Current announcements are always included on their official Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts. If in the past, you have booked a cruise with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, they may email you with new itinerary information and ask to book your future cruise. They can only book on the day that matches your Castaway Club level.
If you are interested in booking a cruise, you'll need to reach out to Disney Cruise Line's Call Center on the day reservations open for Silver members. The rates will not be published online, so a cruise reservation agent will assist you with pricing over the phone. Reservations will open at 8:00 a.m. EST at (800) 951-3532. (If you are working with a travel agent, they can also reserve your spot onboard via the call center.)
I hope this makes sense, Lauren! If you have other questions, let us know!
