    I understand that on Nov. 3, Disney guests will be able to access the virtual queue for the Rise of the resistance ride from any location outside of the park using the Disney My Experience App. Will guests be able to access the queue from a computer?

    Hi Sharon! Welcome back to planDisney with another great question.

    I'm glad to hear you have been keeping up with the latest news about the Virtual Queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.  Recently, a change in the process for joining the Virtual Queue was announced.  Starting November 3, Guests may request to join the Virtual Queue via the My Disney Experience mobile app beginning at 7:00 am.  Only those Guests with a Disney Park Pass reservation for Disney's Hollywood Studios may join the Virtual Queue.  Prior to November 3, Guests must have physically entered Disney's Hollywood Studios in order to join the virtual queue, beginning at 10:00 am.

    I'm excited to test this change out for myself on my upcoming visit.  I'm hoping that it will make for a more relaxing morning, and I can take my time to enjoy a leisurely breakfast with some Mickey waffles before heading over to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    At this time, the Virtual Queue is only available through the My Disney Experience mobile app.  The virtual queue cannot be accessed on the My Disney Experience website.  Guests who would like the opportunity to enroll in the Virtual Queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance should download the My Disney Experience mobile app to their smart device.
