I understand that dining reservations can be made 180 days in advance. Is that 180 days in advance of our arrival at our WDW resort or 180 days in advance of the date we want the dining reservation? Thanks

    Hi George,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm glad to see that you're planning ahead, as this will definitely give you the best chance at finding the PERFECT dining reservations for your upcoming vacation!

Anyone may make dining reservations 180 days ahead of time, however, Disney Resort hotel Guests have the added benefit of being able to make dining reservations for the entire length of their stay, up to 10 days, 180 days before their check-in date. This actually allows some Guests to make dining reservations up to 189 days in advance! It's just one of many great perks of choosing to stay at a Disney Resort hotel! For Guests staying off property, all dining reservations will need to be made 180 days ahead of the desired dining reservation date, which often means logging in multiple days in a row to make dining selections.

To help you plan which delicious and fun options you'd like to try, did you know that restaurant menus are available online? You'll simply need to click on the name of the restaurant, then click "View Menu" over on the right-hand side. Mmm...SO many great choices! Also, I shared a tip with another Guest about how to plan your itinerary 190 days in advance so that when your 180-day window opens, you'll be ready to make all your dining selections! I hope it's helpful!

Have fun planning your trip, George, and please come see us again if you have any other questions. I hope you have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation!
