    I have an unactivated annual pass and will be at WDW in two weeks. Do I just walk up to an entrance gate and scan in or do I need to go to guest relations to activate it for the first time? Thanks.

That's such a fantastic decision, and you're in for so many magical adventures ahead! Being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder comes with so many perks and opportunities to create incredible memories at the parks. I'm so excited to help you make the most of your Passholder experience!

    Your Disney Annual Pass will need to be activated at Guest Relations at any of the theme parks. Additionally, you also have the option to activate your pass at the Disney Ticket Center located at Disney Springs. The Ticket Center is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

    Keep in mind, currently, Annual Passholders are required to have a park reservation for the date they plan to visit a theme park. However, Passholders can enter a park without reservation any time after 2:00 PM, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom. Additionally, on Good-to-Go Days, no park reservation is required.
