Hiya Denise,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question! There are so many amazing restaurants at
Walt Disney World Resort that our list of favorites continues to grow. Unfortunately, it seems every one else's list grows as much as ours as many restaurants can be tough to obtain.
I know how much time you have most likely spent trying to plan your family's perfect Disney schedule, right down to your preferred dining time. I myself have risen before the sun on the morning our
advanced dining reservation window opened. I know how frustrating it can be to be prepared with a list of days, times and dining locations and you cannot get that ideal time. Currently, Disney does not have a tracking or notification system that would tell you if/when your preferred dining time opens but you are welcome to regularly check the Disney website for the time you prefer. We tend to have the best luck within a few days of our desired reservation as guests make last minute changes to their plans. You will also want to check the My Genie Day preferences on your
My Disney Experience account to check for any open reservation times.
There are outside companies that track dining availability and will notify you by text and/or email if your preferred time slot opens up. Two of the most popular are mousewatcher.com and touringplans.com. There is a cost for their services and you need to note, other guests may be requesting the same opening as you. These companies are merely advising you of an opening and are not holding the reservation for you so you will need to move fast to try and grab that reservation.
Hopefully with a little pixie dust, your preferred time slot will open up. If you need help with any additional planning tip, please
stop back and see me.
With pixie dust,
Margaret
