Gawrsh, I'm sorry to hear you were not able to proceed with your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation in January as planned. The good news is that the magic is here waiting for you when you are ready to return to Neverland!
Once the scheduled date for your
theme park ticket lapsed and it remained unused, it disappeared from view on your
My Disney Experience account. Hakuna matata! Your unused ticket credit is still visible to the Cast Members at Guest Services. When you're ready to rebook your trip, you will be able to apply your ticket's value towards the purchase of future theme park tickets by calling Guest Services directly at (407) 939-1936. They will be able to offer more insight and walk you through the process.

Every season has its own specialized pixie dust and magical offerings, but my favorite time of year to visit is during the
Holiday Season. Walt Disney World Resort really knows how to deck the halls, and there is an endless supply of unique experiences only offered during this time of year. My favorite experience is the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. I love to try the holiday treats and eats while roaming through World Showcase to listen to the traditional holiday tales. In fact, I love the festivities so much, I come “home” every December!
