Hi Dee! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I completely understand wanting to squeeze as much Disney magic as possible into your day at Walt Disney World Resort!
While
Extra Magic Hours are an
exclusive benefit for guests of Disney Resort Hotels and other participating hotels, I do have a few ideas for how you can get a little more out of your day.
First, check the
Park Hours for the day you plan to visit and consider adding the
Park Hopper Option to your 1-Day Ticket. That way you can begin your day in whichever Theme Park opens the earliest, and end at the park that is open the latest.
Another option for you might be to add an
Early Morning Magic or
Disney After Hours event to your visit. Tickets for these events may be purchased by any Guest, whether or not you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. Currently, none of these events are scheduled beyond September 2019 so you'll need to check back closer to the date of your visit.
I also have a couple of simple ways you can stretch that Disney day with no additional ticket cost. At Magic Kingdom Park, all guests are allowed to enter the Main Street, U.S.A. area about an hour prior to park open. You can browse the shops, stop in at
Main Street Bakery for a snack and your favorite morning beverage, and take some time soaking in the beautiful atmosphere and snapping some photos until "
Let the Magic Begin". At the end of the day, just prior to park close, hop in line to enjoy one last attraction. All guests who have entered the queue prior to it closing will be permitted to ride. This is a great time to enjoy a popular attraction that has long wait times during the day.
Dee, please come back to the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you may have. We would love to help you plan your magical day!
