Hi Abdul!
So happy to have you back onboard here at planDisney! I am so glad to hEAR that you were able to take advantage of the DREAMy Onboard Booking Offers from Disney Cruise Line during your last sailing!
Sorry you have been having trouble getting through to Disney Cruise Line. It’s probably been extra busy because of the popularity of the
Disney Wish reservations and Guests finally being able to make their bookings. Since the general public could start making reservations yesterday, perhaps going forward the call volume will settle down a little bit. So I suggest you go ahead and
contact a Disney Cruise Line Vacation Planning Specialist to get the lowdown on using your placeholder.
Sounds like you are well aware that the Onboard Booking you made on your prior Disney cruise, also referred to as a
placeholder, allows you up to 24 months from the date the placeholder was booked to set sail. I have heard that many placeholders are being extended. So you will indeed have to contact Disney Cruise Line by phone to discuss your placeholder and what extension might be available to you (in other words, it cannot be done online).
Getting a Disney cruise reservation on the calendar is a WONDERful feeling, isn’t it? I have two right now that I am counting down the days to, and boy, does it make a difference in my overall disposition. My husband can definitely agree with that statement! Abdul, I WISH you all the luck in finalizing your plans and using that Onboard Booking. Please come back to planDisney if we can help you with more planning questions.
SEA ya real soon!
Sherry
