I’m sorry you are having difficulty signing into your
My Disney Experience Account. Technology is wonderful, but it can be frustrating when things don’t work the way we want them to!
I have a few ideas for you. First, when you go to sign in, you’ll see an option in small letters in blue just below the box for your password. It will say “Need help signing in?” You can select that option and follow the prompts to see if you can unlock your account.
If you are still having difficulty, I recommend you
call the friendly and fabulous Cast Members at website support. They can gather some personal information from you, and help you to unlock your account. Please be prepared that hold times can be longer than typical right now, so select a day to call that you have more time. I like to use my mobile phone, and I’ll put it on speakerphone to enjoy the magical Disney music while I get other tasks accomplished.
