big changes are coming to Lightning Lane, but as of today, Guests can only access Lightning Lanes via Disney Genie+ service or individual Lightning Lane purchase.) Since it sounds like you're currently visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with the
Guest Experience Team for in-person assistance. These helpful Cast Members can typically be found near blue umbrellas inside each of the four theme parks and are there to assist you with any help you may need with the
