Unable to use park ticket. Can it be used for the next trip?

Welcome to planDisney, Heidi! Thanks for sending us your question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

If you are unable to use your theme park ticket during a visit, don't worry! Unused tickets may count as a credit toward the purchase of new tickets. They will be put to very good use on a future visit! When you're getting ready to plan a future visit, you can find out about the status of your current theme park tickets by sending an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets/ or pictures of the tickets

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will reach out with a solution to your ticket question.

Heidi, I hope this information is helpful. If you have any more questions, please feel free to come back to see us. It’s always our pleasure to help you with your planning!
