I am unable to download my memory maker pictures. Can someone tell me what are the steps after you select the pictures what we have to do to download them? I bought the memory maker package and now would like to download my pictures

Thank you for visiting us with your question, Lidia! I'm so glad to hear you have recently visited the Walt Disney World Resort! I'm sure you are hoping to be able to download your photos so you can start reliving all those fantastic memories that are to stay with you forever!

Downloading your photos and video captured during your most recent vacation is easier than you think! Be sure to have linked Memory Maker (you must have received a code by email) on your My Disney Experience account. Then, log in to the Disney PhotoPass website, either on your laptop/desktop OR on your mobile device. I would recommend the former since the downloads are large files. Once you click on one of your photos, you will see that the download option will become available for you to download one, some or all of your photos.

Remember that you have 45 days (from the date your photos were taken) to download all your PhotoPass photos and videos before they expire. Once they expire, you will no longer be able to purchase or download them.

Lidia, I hope this was helpful and remember we are here to help you plan your next vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
